Diesel Engine High-pressure Common Rail

High pressure common rail technology refers to a fuel supply method that completely separates the generation of injection pressure and the injection process in a closed-loop system composed of a high-pressure oil pump, pressure sensor, and ECU. The rail pressure sensor is used to measure the actual pressure inside the common rail pipe in a high-pressure common rail system. The rail pressure sensor can convert the pressure value into a voltage signal to the ECU, accurately control the engine fuel supply, achieve the best combustion ratio, good atomization, and optimal ignition time, and optimize emissions.
